Rancho Palos Verdes, CA (PRWEB) December 05, 2012

In our hectic days often times we feel low on energy and the need to look to supplements for additional energy. There are natural dietary supplements which have been proven to increase energy production and improve recovery between exercising.

Benefit6 is formulated to provide Whole Body Protection by focusing on six areas of health, including increased energy production with key ingredients such as L-Arginine, Cocoa Magnesium and Omega-3.

In one study researchers looked at the effects cocoa could have on people with chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS). “We conducted a double blinded, randomised, clinical pilot crossover study comparing high cocoa liquor/polyphenol rich chocolate (HCL/PR) in comparison to simulated iso-calorific chocolate (cocoa liquor free/low polyphenols(CLF/LP)) on fatigue and residual function in subjects with chronic fatigue syndrome.” The results showed ten subjects who were enrolled in the study and measured by the Chalder Fatigue Scale score improved significantly after 8 weeks. The conclusion suggests chocolate may improve symptoms in subjects with chronic fatigue syndrome. (1)

In another study Magnesium supplementation was studied to determine if it could strengthen performance of athletes in various sports. “Magnesium plays significant roles in promoting strength. Surveys of athletes reveal that intake of magnesium is often below recommended levels. We aimed to understand the impact of magnesium intake on strength in elite male basketball, handball, and volleyball players.” There was a clear association between magnesium intake and muscle recovery. “The observed associations between magnesium intake and muscle strength performance may result from the important role of magnesium in energetic metabolism, transmembrane transport and muscle contraction and relaxation.” (2)

Benefit6 is formulated to provide Whole Body Protection by focusing on key areas of health, including brain function, cardiovascular health, weight loss, energy production, inflammation reduction and antioxidant support. Benefit6 is conveniently packaged for optimal use and results.
