Sara Holliday of Fit by Sara and Susan G. Komen for the Cure, San Diego Unite to Help Women Feel Great, Get Fit and Raise Funds

SAN DIEGO, May 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Women are joining together to rejuvenate, unwind and release physical and/or emotional pain while raising funds for a cause they strongly believe in- finding the cure for breast cancer-with BREATHE 4 THE CURE. On the last Saturday of every month, women dressed in pink shirts and yoga pants sit peacefully overlooking Mission Bay and participate in a yoga class led by instructor, Sara Holliday.

Holliday, president of Fit by Sara, fitness expert and yoga instructor says, "I designed BREATHE 4 THE CURE to help women release physical and/or emotional pain, while feeling a deep connection to themselves and others. It's been so moving to hear personal stories from survivors and their friends about how the yoga workshop has helped them both mentally and physically."

Wendy Morihiro, an avid supporter of Susan G. Komen for the Cure, who lost her best friend to breast cancer, was surprised by how great she felt after BREATHE 4 THE CURE.

Wendy said, "I loved the workout, and when I chanted OM for the first time I felt such a connection to my friend. I can't wait for the next BREATHE 4 THE CURE!"

Sandy Rabourne, a breast cancer survivor and director of development and outreach for Susan G. Komen for the Cure, San Diego states, "I've personally seen how BREATHE 4 THE CURE benefits women. As word spreads, we expect to have hundreds of women coming together and raise thousands of dollars towards breast cancer awareness, treatment and services here in San Diego."

The yoga workshops are held the last Saturday of every month from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. on the lawn next to the Visitor's Center at Mission Bay park located at 2688 East Mission Bay Drive, San Diego, CA 92109. The next workshop is scheduled for
