BELLUS Health reports results for the fourth quarter of 2008

In accordance with EIC-130, assets and liabilities as of June 30, 2007 were translated in US dollars using the exchange rate in effect on that date; revenues, expenses and cash flows were translated at the average rate in effect during the six-month period ended June 30, 2007 and equity transactions were translated at historical rates. Any exchange differences resulting from the translation were included in accumulated other comprehensive income presented in shareholders' equity. Financial statements presented after June 30, 2007, are measured and presented in US dollars.
