BD Announces Results for Third Fiscal Quarter

$3.36, which included 48 cents for in-process research and development charges related to the TriPath and Plasso acquisitions. Excluding these charges, adjusted diluted earnings per share from continuing operations for the full fiscal year 2007 were $3.84.
