nter for Medical Simulation is an independent non-profit organization dedicated to improving patient safety and healthcare quality by using simulation for education, training and research. Operating since 1994, the Center's programs focus on communication, collaboration and crisis management to develop skills and behaviors that are best learned actively under realistic conditions to improve performance of individuals and teams in the real world. The CMS Institute for Medical Simulation, a collaboration with the Harvard-MIT division of Health Sciences and Technology, is the world's leading training program for simulation educators.
