Date:9/9/2008

BATTLE CREEK, Mich., Sept. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Autovan, LLC, a specialty vehicle manufacturer of wheelchair-accessible vehicles for the personal use and commercial use markets today announced a donation to Easter Seals New York of an accessible lowered-floor minivan to an Easter Seals' Foxworth home in Rochester, New York.

Senator Joseph Robach (R-NY 56th District), a strong community advocate for people with disabilities, joined Easter Seals New York to celebrate the generous donation on Tuesday, Sept. 9, at noon in front of Friendly's at 4 Spencerport Road, Rochester.

"This new van represents how one act of charity can shape many lives," said Sen. Robach, applauding the Autovan donation.

"This is a wonderful opportunity, and we are very grateful for this donation," said Sear. "As a result, Easter Seals New York's residents will have much greater access to their community, giving them a new sense of freedom."
