About the Author
William R. Ferguson’s interest in pathology first came about after his basic education and introduction to the varied medical communities during his military service. Once Mr. Ferguson had completed the practical training in pathology, he became a valuable educator and asset to those organizations for which he had worked. After receiving this basic education in pathology, he was introduced to yet another and very different community in pathology, the forensic sciences. This medical training in the forensic sciences was garnered through his employment with a Medical Examiners Office as a pathologist assistant. This is where his interest was satiated by his desire to gain a greater understanding into medico-legal death investigations. Mr. Ferguson had proven himself as an educator by the numerous qualified colleagues that followed him into these various anatomical communities.
