Author Don Williams Reveals Secret in Battling Obesity with Guidance of the Bible
Date:8/27/2013

Jackson, Mich. (PRWEB) August 28, 2013

“If the tongue holds the power of life and death and can move mountains with a little faith mixed in, how come we ignore this fact and throw around all this power without thought of action or consequences?” In his enlightening book, The Power of the Tongue and Weight Loss, author Don Williams aims to raise readers’ awareness with regards to some things in life that they need to avoid.

The main reason that people struggle against addictions and obsessions, such as food, alcohol, drugs, sex, and so many other destructive distractions is because of the lack of awareness. This book will remedy that as it aims to open the minds of the readers and hold them back from complete destruction. It discusses how to overcome overweight and obesity with the use and awareness of information they take in with thought of the effects.

The media is one of the most powerful tools to persuade people into doing something, regardless of the consequences. Throughout the world, people are bombarded with advertisements that sell products that appeal to man’s weakness and vanity. Its primary purpose is to have them buy into their selling tactics. They have become hypnotized into thinking that they must eat what media is selling them and they believe everything they say.

In The Power of the Tongue and Weight Loss, Williams lets the readers to know that they can win in any arena if they wrap their heads
