(Nasdaq: ADAT), a worldwide provider of secure Health Information Exchange and workflow management services, today announced that it plans to report financial results for the second quarter ended December 31, 2008 on Thursday, February 12, 2009, after the close of market trading.

Management will host a conference call on Thursday, February 12, 2009, at 4:30 p.m. ET, to discuss the latest corporate developments and results.
