Atdec introduces new above desk Intelligent Power Module solution.

The Atdec Power Module is an intelligent USB charging station with two USB power outlets and two electrical (GPO) outlets. It is designed to offer uninterrupted access to power without wasting electricity. Its internal electronic chip determines if a device is connected, what device it is and how much power is needed to deliver the optimal amount of power required by the device, no matter what the brand. This beautifully designed solution integrates seamlessly at the base of Atdec’s SYSTEMA™ and VISIDEC™ Focus desk mounted monitor arms and improves work place ergonomics by moving power sources above the desk providing easy access to the latest universal fast charge technology.

The accessory has Intelligent Device Recognition (IDR) technology built into the USB sockets which communicates with any device and provides it with the optimum amount of power required for fast charging (up to 2.3A).

User and device safety is improved with built in over voltage, over current, overheating and short circuit protection. It is universally compatible with any USB powered device and offers easy access to the charging ports.

It excels in business environments where it offers considerable ergonomic occupational health and safety benefits along with securing the safety of the power network. It helps to create an all-in-one space saving solution which maximises valuable space in a range of environments including commercial offices, hospitality, education, healthcare and public space.

The Atdec Power Module is a commercial grade product that undergoes rigorous testing and is constructed from high quality materials. It offers very low stand-by energy consumption (0.1W) providing considerable cost saving and environmental benefits.

This allows it to utilise stand-by mode efficiently and reduce power wastage (using less than 0.1W). The Atdec Power Module is constructed from ABS/PC polymer alloys with cardboard packaging to ensure a robust construction whilst maintaining recyclability and is compliant with all international safety standards.

MSRP $540
