Association for Healthcare Philanthropy Chooses Marketing General Incorporated to Manage Mailing Lists
Date:5/6/2013

Alexandria, VA (PRWEB) May 06, 2013

Marketing General Incorporated (MGI) has been appointed manager for the direct mail list of the Association for Healthcare Philanthropy (AHP), effective May 1.

AHP is an international professional organization dedicated exclusively to developing the men and women who encourage charity in North America’s health care organizations. Established in 1967, AHP is the source for education, networking, information, and research in health care philanthropy.

AHP reaches out to development professionals in all sectors of health care including community and private hospitals; foundations; medical centers; children’s hospitals; teaching hospitals and medical institutions; long-term care facilities; hospices; health care systems; advocacy groups, and specialty hospitals. AHP’s more than 5,000 members represent more than 2,200 health care facilities in the U.S. and Canada. AHP members embody all aspects of health care fundraising, from executive directors and chief development officers to major gift officers, annual campaign managers, event coordinators, and grant writers.

The complete AHP postal mailing list is available through MGI to help mailers reach this influential audience of more than 35,000 fundraisers and development professionals who serve in industry, government, and academia. Direct marketers may select all names in the AHP file, target the 33,000 U.S. addresses, or custom-build a file based upon mailer-specific criteria. Some popular selections to narrow the full file now include such areas as job title/job function, institutional type (such as foundation or kind of hospital), or geographic location.

The list is 100% direct-mail generated and frequently updated, CASS-certified, and the NCOA certificate is available for U.S. addresses on request.
