AsdeqDocs® Joins Aruba WorkSpace Apps Program
Date:7/9/2013

San Francisco, Cali (PRWEB) July 09, 2013

AsdeqDocs® today announced its enterprise mobility content management solution has joined the Aruba Networks, Inc. (NASDAQ: ARUN) WorkSpace Apps Program.

This means AsdeqDocs has been certified to work with Aruba WorkSpace, the only mobile application management (MAM) solution to leverage network and device controls for Bring Your Own Device (BYOD).

By integrating AsdeqDocs with Aruba WorkSpace, a component of Aruba Networks’ ClearPass system, AsdeqDocs enables secure synchronization of sensitive documents and content between Aruba WorkSpace enterprise customers and their mobile workers and business partners.

Joining the Aruba WorkSpace Apps Program also enhances the suite of enterprise-grade security, device and network management capabilities AsdeqDocs offers clients.

“AsdeqDocs empowers employees to work as efficiently and securely outside the office as within,” said AsdeqDocs CEO, David Burden. “With enterprises increasingly embracing BYOD, the security and seamless interface between mobile workers and the devices and networks that enable them has never been more critical. By joining the Aruba WorkSpace Apps Program, AsdeqDocs offers our customers even greater flexibility and options for secure mobile content management.”

“Comprehensive BYOD management includes the management of mobile apps as well as the mobile devices and networks on which these apps are running,” said Peter Cellarius, vice president of business development and partnerships, Aruba Networks. “Leading app vendors like AsdeqDocs recognize the importance of enabling enterprises to securely and efficiently manage the corporate apps and data that reside on employees’ mobile devices. By joining the Aruba WorkSpace Apps Program, AsdeqDocs is better able to meet the mobile security requirements of its enterprise customers.”

AsdeqDocs is a next generation enterprise mobility content management solution that enables the secure and automatic synchronization of corporate documents to and from employees’ iOS and Android tablets and smartphones.

AsdeqDocs employs military-grade encryption at all levels. It enforces document-level security and provides full on-device audit logging, allowing an administrator to determine who has accessed which documents, when, and – if they choose – from where.

The AsdeqDocs solution is installed behind the corporate firewall and directly connects a mobile user with more than 18 leading document management solutions including SharePoint, Documentum, Exchange, File Shares, OpenText, Objective, iManage, WebCenter, HP Trim and IBM Connections. AsdeqDocs allows a user to securely access, edit, annotate, author and search for documents while mobile.
