Boca Raton, Florida (PRWEB) December 26, 2013

ContinuLink LLC, a leading provider of web based homecare agency management software, is proud to announce the addition of Jeremy Crow to their Senior Management team. “ContinuLink’s unprecedented growth in the Medicaid home and community based industry, including the recent addition of 39 Medicaid home health agency clients in 6 states, required us to add a proven industry leader to our support and implementation team. Jeremy has over 17 years of experience in the home health care technology space and has managed the implementation and customer support teams for another enterprise-level homecare software product,” says Scott Overhill, President of ContinuLink.

Jeremy will serve as the Director of Professional Services for ContinuLink and will be responsible for managing and leading the company’s implementation and support team members. “I am excited to be back in the post acute home health care space and especially with ContinuLink, where there is potential for significant growth,” stated Jeremy. ContinuLink President Scott Overhill welcomed Jeremy to the Senior Management team, stating, “We are excited to have Jeremy onboard. His knowledge and experience in implementation and support will be of great importance to our company as we continue to strengthen our customer acquisition and retention strategic approaches.”

As a further indication of ContinuLink’s long term support of the Medicaid home health industry, the company has been elected to the board of the National Council on Medicaid Home Care, an affiliate of the National Association for Home Care. “All of us here at NAHC are proud to work with ContinuLink,” said NAHC President Val J. Bill Dombi, Executive Director of the Medicaid Council added, “ContinuLink is truly committed to supporting their rapidly growing user base of Medicaid home care providers and they understand the importance the Council brings to the industry.”
