“The current corporate environment might cause employers and employees to think that cutting corners is the only option,” says Dario Priolo, Director of the Profiles Research Institute. “This is not the case. This week former Federal Reserve Chairman Alan Greenspan predicted the unemployment rate of U.S. citizens, currently at 9.8 percent, is "going to penetrate the 10 percent barrier before heading down.” Despite the discouraging figures, there is hope. The Harvard Business blog recently published an article by Umair Haque titled “The Awesomeness Manifesto.” Jim Sirbasku, CEO of Profiles International says, “Mr. Haque’s article is the most brilliant business advice I’ve read in a long time.
