Austin, TX (PRWEB) October 14, 2009 -- Profiles International, a developer of employee assessments and talent management solutions, encourages those who still hold employment to persevere in this difficult job market. This week former Federal Reserve Chairman Alan Greenspan predicted the unemployment rate of U.S. citizens, currently at 9.8 percent, is "going to penetrate the 10 percent barrier before heading down.” Despite the discouraging figures, there is hope. The Harvard Business blog recently published an article by Umair Haque titled “The Awesomeness Manifesto.” Jim Sirbasku, CEO of Profiles International says, “Mr. Haque’s article is the most brilliant business advice I’ve read in a long time.
