Arnett to Lead Delaware’s Sarah Moore Health Care Center

Columbus, OH (PRWEB) September 03, 2014

Ohio Presbyterian Retirement Services (OPRS), a leader in quality living options and innovative services for older adults, has appointed Aric Arnett as executive director of Sarah Moore Health Care Center, (Sarah Moore HCC) effective Sept. 15, 2014.

Arnett brings nearly 20 years of experience in the health care industry, including serving as the administrator for several skilled nursing facilities in Ohio including the MacIntosh Company and HCR Manor Care. Arnett has been serving most recently at Mill Run Gardens and Care Center which is a well regarded facility in Hilliard, Ohio.

“I do what I do because our senior population deserves the highest level of quality care and respect and I enjoy learning about their experiences,” said Arnett. “There is nothing better than sitting down with one of my residents and learning from their life experiences.”

A graduate of Ohio University, Arnett earned a Bachelor of Science in Health with a major in Health Care Administration. He began his health care career as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) for a volunteer fire department, and working as a Licensed Practical Nurse in long term care and home health while earning his bachelor’s degree.

“I am honored to have this opportunity and look forward to meeting our residents, staff, members of the board and the community,” he said.

Arnett, a native of Jefferson County, currently lives in Genoa Township with his wife Tara, and their three sons Tyler, Landon and Grant.

Sarah Moore HCC is located at 26 North Union Street, Delaware, OH 43015, and became the 12th and newest addition to OPRS Communities by a change in ownership on Aug. 1, 2014.
