KANSAS CITY, Mo., May 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Argus Health Systems, Inc., a leading provider of pharmacy benefit administration services, has announced that Laura Topor has been elected to the National Council for Prescription Drug Programs' (NCPDP) Board of Trustees for a three-year term. The Board of Trustees oversees all Council activities and has authority over all Council industry standardization development activities.
Prior to the election, Topor, a 12-year member of NCPDP, has been active with numerous Council committees and work groups, as well as most recently serving as co-chair of the Standardization Committee. "I'm pleased to have the opportunity to serve on the NCPDP Board of Trustees as we address issues that affect the pharmacy industry today," said Topor.
Other Argus associates were also recently honored during the 2009 NCPDP Annual Conference. Pam Finley, John Hill and Monique Irmen received MVP Awards for their contributions to Council work groups. These awards recognize individual members of the Council who have contributed an extraordinary amount of time and effort to a work group or committee project that results in the work group or committee accomplishing its goals.
