Arcadia Resources Announces Webcast of its Fiscal 2009 Fourth-Quarter and Year-End Conference Call

INDIANAPOLIS, June 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Arcadia Resources, Inc. (NYSE Amex: KAD), which provides innovative consumer health care services under the trade name Arcadia HealthCare(SM), will issue its fiscal fourth quarter and year-end financial results prior to the opening of the U.S. financial markets on Thursday, June 25, 2009.

Arcadia will conduct a conference call and simultaneous Internet webcast to review these financial results on Thursday, June 25, 2009, at 11:00 a.m. (Eastern Daylight Time). Marvin R. Richardson, Arcadia HealthCare's President and Chief Executive Officer, will host the call. Also presenting will be Matthew R. Middendorf, the Company's Chief Financial Officer.

The webcast will also be accessible on www.investorcalendar.com.
