Date:4/14/2009

  • Dr. William Knight, Deputy Superintendent of Community Support for Norfolk County (Mass.) Sheriff's Office, State Coordinator for Project Lifesaver International
  • Jeremy Warnick, Panel Moderator, Communications for LoJack SafetyNet

  • Background:

The podcast is part of LoJack's educational efforts on issues related to cognitive disorders such as autism and Alzheimer's disease. LoJack recently launched new technology called LoJack SafetyNet, which works with Project Lifesaver International and enables police to track and rescue people at risk of wandering. According to a recent survey by the National Autism Association, a full 92% percent of parents of autistic children believe their children are at risk of wandering.
