Minneapolis, MN (PRWEB) February 23, 2013
Appmosphere, Inc., a mobile application development company from the midwest, is currently seeking schools that would be willing to work with them on a pilot program to create a mobile application that can be integrated into the curriculum.
Appmosphere has several ideas on features and functionality that could be included in a school app. These include a conduit for easy communication between parents and schools. It could also partly function as a social media application connecting parents, teachers, and students in a safe space.
Other ideas include giving students and parents real time access to grades, a school calendar with lunch menu, and a student’s account showing their current balance for school lunches. There could be a content management system updated by teachers with things like spelling lists or math problems that could populate inside games like crossword puzzles. While the list of optional features of a school app is extensive, Appmosphere hopes the partnering school would have additional ideas and insight.
For the participating school, the app would be offered at cost. Appmosphere would keep the code to be able to offer it as a solution to other school systems using mobile devices in the future. Any interested parties are urged to contact Appmosphere.
