Application Development Firm Anahata Technologies Pty Ltd Announces JavaFX 2.0 as Technology of Choice for Enterprise Applications
Date:1/1/2013

(PRWEB) January 01, 2013

Anahata Technologies announced it would be defaulting to JavaFX as user interface technology for the delivery of desktop based enterprise applications. Pablo Rodriguez, co-founder of Anahata, describes this move in the following words - ‘We are very pleased with the 2.0 release. JavaFX Scene Builder speeds up the development process and we are exceeding our customer’s expectations in terms of usability and design’.

For Anahata, The adoption of JavaFX brings an improvement to the application development process as it allows for a faster visual development and for the same user interface to run on different operating systems such as Linux, Mac or Windows. With the aid of Java Web Start, the rich desktop applications can be deployed with a single click and get updated automatically as new versions are released.

About JavaFX
JavaFX is a software platform for creating and delivering rich internet applications (RIAs) that can run across a wide variety of devices. The current release has support for desktop computers, tablet PCs and web browsers on Windows, Linux, and Mac OS X.

Because JavaFX Script was compiled to Java bytecode, programmers could also use Java code instead. JavaFX applications could run on any desktop, browser, or mobile phone that could run Java ME.
JavaFX 2.0 was released on 10th October, 2011 and it is currently undergoing an open sourcing process via the OpenJFX project. Since the 2.0 release, Software companies using Java can now make use of JavaFX capabilities without having to incorporate a new script. An advantage of the 2.0 release has over its predecessors is that
