Announcing the Launch of My Apple Box
Date:3/17/2010

Apple Box Media, LLC launches new blog site to promote their first documentary film project entitled Now Serving. Now Serving will highlight the lives of four elderly Americans as they discover and entomb their life story within the film.

(PRWEB) March 17, 2010 -- Apple Box Media LLC announces the launch of their blog site, My Apple Box, which catalogues the making of their Documentary film, Now Serving. Now Serving is an intimate look at four elderly Americans as they take their final journeys in life. The film, to be distributed to film festivals in spring of 2011, will address the social and familial aspects of life and death.

Jennifer Valenti, the film’s creator and Managing Director of Apple Box Media, LLC, has logged many film credits for her work in theatrical productions such as film festival favorite, Solidarity and TNT’s made-for-TV movie, Monday Night Mayhem, starring John Turturro. Ms. Valenti plans to use the blog site as a launching pad for both her film and her media company, Apple Box Media, LLC.

Both the blog and the film will feature memories shared by Ms. Valenti as it pertains to the film’s subject matter as a way to bring her readers together and encourage them to share their own experiences. “I wanted this film to be more than just a documentary about death, but rather about life and how the effects of our choices influence those around us. “ explained Ms. Valenti. “We never really know the kind of butterfly effect we may be creating on our family, our friends or our society. This film will highlight the undervalued contributions the subjects’ lives have had in their world, and perhaps shed light on a legacy they weren’t aware they had a hand in creating.”
