Date:5/10/2013

(PRWEB) May 10, 2013

Milkmakers, the pioneer in lactation cookies, is today announcing the launch of a new division and product line geared towards pregnant women: Bumpboosters. The first product in this line is the Bumpboosters Pregnancy Cookie.

Research shows that moms-to-be should eat a balanced a diet consisting of proteins, carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals and fats. In addition, you are more likely to carry to term if you eat 3 meals + 2 snacks or six mini-meals each day.

“After several years of supporting breastfeeding moms with delicious lactation cookies for their on-the-go lifestyle, we worked with loyal customers, physicians, and moms who were embarking on their next pregnancy journey to create nourishing cookies for moms-to-be” says Emily Kane, founder of Milkmakers and Bumpboosters. “Developing products to keep the body fueled with real food is our mission.”

Bumpboosters Pregnancy Cookies are a delicious snack made with organic, natural, real food ingredients that are packed with the proteins, carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals, and fats a mom-to-be should be munching on (and no preservatives!). Key ingredients include: chia seeds, wheat germ, pumpkin, and whole grain. Rich flavor profiles such as Molasses Ginger (ginger is helpful when you experience nausea), Morning Glory, and Oatmeal Chocolate Chip offer indulgence with nutrition.

The cookies are available online starting May 11, 2013. Bumpboosters are $24.99 for 10. Orders of 2 or more are $22.50. (Some single cookies are sold at retail stores throughout the US.)

To celebrate their new Bumpboosters cookies, Milkmakers is giving away free cookies so that moms can see just how delicious a nutrition-packed pregnancy cookie can taste. Offer details: limit one per customer, shipping costs $2.99, offer expires 5/31/13, while supplies last. http://shop.bumpboosters.com/bb-cookies-on-us.html
