NEW YORK, Oct. 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- AnnTaylor Stores Corporation (NYSE: ANN), a strong supporter in the fight against breast cancer, will be stepping up its support of women around the world this October, during Breast Cancer Awareness Month, with the nationwide sale of its ANN Cares Card in- store and on-line.

ANN Cares Cards will be available from September 30, 2007 through October 31, 2007 and will entitle cardholders to discounts at Ann Taylor, Ann Taylor LOFT and Ann Taylor Factory stores through December 31, 2007. The Company will donate 85% of the proceeds from the sale of the cards to The Breast Cancer Research Foundation(R).
