Anderson & Kriger Takes Donations to Families Affected by Baja's Easter Earthquake

Clayton M. Anderson, Senior Partner of the law firm of Anderson & Kriger, volunteers time and donations of food and water to victims of the Baja Earthquake which occurred on Easter Sunday. A&K also launched its new website earlier this year providing more valuable information for our homeowner clients.

(PRWEB) June 3, 2010 -- Clayton M. Anderson, Senior Partner of the law firm of Anderson & Kriger, volunteers time and donations of food and water to victims of the Baja Earthquake which occurred on Easter Sunday.

Baja Earthquake Relief - Saturday, April 24, 2010

Staff members of Anderson & Kriger volunteered their time on Saturday, April 24, 2010, by delivering two car loads of supplies and about $1,750 in contributions to El Centro and Calexico. Mr. Anderson states, “We found out that going across the border with supplies is a bit of a challenge, but there are plenty of opportunities to provide help on this side of the border.”

Brad Schuber, an associate attorney in the La Mesa office, joined Mary J and Clayton, along with East San Diego county political activist and Congressional candidate Ray Lutz, in the initial 1½ hour drive to El Centro. Pastor Ron Griffen of The First United Methodist Church of El Centro, told us of the damage in his community and the need for supplies on both sides of the border. His church suffered minor damage while houses in the area slipped off their foundations and chimneys fell over. Some members of his church own farms south of Mexicali and they described the destruction to
