Anadolu Health Center 10 Year Award Review

The AUHC team led by Dr. Andrew Lasser, DPh, created the operational and staffing plans for the new health center organization. AUHC organized a steering committee of prominent Turkish academic physicians and led the planning process to create an organizational plan, staffing plan and strategic vision for the new Anadolu Health Center.

(PRWEB) April 9, 2009 -- The Anadolu Health Center located in Gebze-Kocaeli, Turkey is setting the standard for quality healthcare in the eastern Mediterranean region. When the Anadolu Foundation decided to construct a new state of the art hospital to serve the population of the Aegean region, the foundation had money and desire but was without a healthcare services delivery organization. The Anadolu Foundation led by Murat Dayanikli, M.D. conducted a global search to organize the team which was to create the Anadolu Health Center. After interviewing potential firms from Asia, Europe and North America, Anadolu selected the international team comprised of American University Health Care; strategic and operational planning and Rees Associates, Inc.; medical planning and architecture to create the new Anadolu Health Center.

The AUHC organized a steering committee of prominent Turkish academic physicians and led the planning process to create an organizational plan, staffing plan and strategic vision for the new Anadolu Health Center.
