results for the fourth quarter 2007 and full year of 2007. The Company's

2007 Highlights
-- Total membership stood at over 2.69 million at the end of December, a
34.0% increase compared to 2006.
-- Adjusted Operating Revenues totaled R$ 3,465.7 million, 32.2% more than
in 2006.
-- Adjusted EBITDA amounted to R$ 382.8 million, an increase of 101.0%
over 2006, accompanied by an adjusted EBITDA margin of 11.0%, up by 3.8
p.p.
-- The Medical Loss Ratio came to 68.1%, around 3.6 p.p. down from 2006.
-- The Company posted an annual adjusted Net Income of R$ 281.3 million,
excluding non-recurring items, a figure 115.7% higher than in 2006.
