The NAFC enjoys a working relationship with and honors the Rx Outreach program for its dedication and service to America's uninsured and underinsured."

After patients mail their completed applications, valid prescriptions and payment to Rx Outreach, the medication is mailed to them. Rx Outreach ships to any U.S. address and it can be used in conjunction with any other prescription benefit, such as a prescription drug plan or Medicare Part D.

Rx Outreach is managed by Express Scripts Specialty Distribution Services, Inc. (ESSDS), a fully-licensed mail order pharmacy that is committed to making the use of prescription drugs safer and more affordable. Rx Outreach is not a prescription insurance program or an Internet pharmacy.

ESSDS developed Rx Outreach to provide a safe, affordable, and easy way for people of all ages to get medicines they need. The program offers prescription medicines to uninsured individuals and families, as well as those who have limited prescription drug coverage.
