America's No. 1 Pharmacy Names Great Health as Its Exclusive Health and Wellness Magazine
Date:9/3/2009

LOS ANGELES, Sept. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- CVS has announced that Great Health magazine, beginning with the Winter 2009 issue and continuing on a quarterly basis, will be the exclusive CVS health and wellness magazine. Enhancing its circulation to 525,000, Great Health will be made available free to CVS/pharmacy customers at 7,000-plus retail stores nationwide, reaching even more CVS shoppers directly at the pharmacy counter. CVS/pharmacy is happy to continue to provide Great Health, published by Basic Media, as a valuable resource to its customers. As the world's largest pharmacy with more than 1 billion prescriptions filled annually, and more than 50% of the U.S. population living within two miles of a CVS/pharmacy location, CVS/pharmacy looks forward to expanding Great Health's in-store magazine distribution--that is, more copies per store--in future years.
