American Van Service announces new expansion strategies
Date:4/22/2013

Spokane, WA (PRWEB) April 22, 2013

After four straight quarters of growth, American Van Service announced today new strategies to expand its standing as the premier Spokane moving company.

“While many of our competitors have scaled back or disappeared, we’re expanding. That is a tribute to our customer centric work ethic”, says co-owner Jason Farrow.

One of the changes going on in the Movers Spokane market is the growth of more business moves and that’s not just moving from one location to another, but instead moving large products from one location to another.

In the old days, many local business owners would make these moves themselves, since the movement of goods from one side of town or one side of the state to the other was part of every day business.

Today local business owners are focusing on their core competencies and leaving the driving and heavy lifting to Spokane moving companies like American Van Service.

Although some moving companies are just now getting into this niche, Jason says that his company has been doing these kinds of daily business moves for decades, clearly distinguishing American Van Service from it’s dwindling competitors.

Another indication of change at American Van Service is the change of guard in sales management. Long time sales manager, Bill Kilian, is retiring after of 45 years in this industry, with most of it at American Van Service.

Bill said, “I’m going to miss the old place. The American Van Service people have become like family to me. We’ve helped a lot of people over the years, but time goes on and it’s time for new blood.”

Talking about new blood, that’s where Cheryl Augustini, American Van Service’s new sales manager comes in. Cheryl not only has a lot of experience, but she has the same “customer first” attitude that Bill imprinted into the fiber of American Van Service’s sales team.

American Van Service is the oldest and biggest family owned and managed movers Spokane. Being the Allied agent for most of eastern Washington keeps them busy, but never too busy to help Spokane area charities.

For three generations, American Van Service has been moving Spokane area families and businesses. As one of the preferred Spokane movers for Fairchild Air Force, American Van Service also gets the chance to help our military families.

Spokane moving company, American Van Service, is Eastern Washington’s long time Allied Van Lines agent.
