EAST LANSING, Mich., Oct. 25 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Board of Directors of American Physicians Capital, Inc. (APCapital) (Nasdaq: ACAP) has declared a cash dividend of 10 cents per common share, payable December 31, 2007 to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 13, 2007. At September 30, 2007, there were 10.6 million common shares outstanding.
