expectation for the quarter. Accordingly, we are maintaining our guidance
for fiscal 2008. For fiscal 2008, we are anticipating consolidated revenues
of at least $195.0 million, Adjusted EBITDA of at least $40.0 million and
net income of at least $6.0 million. Our fiscal 2008 guidance for Adjusted
EBITDA is computed by adding estimated amounts for depreciation and
amortization of $18.5 million, interest expenses of $11.0 million and
income taxes of $4.5 million to estimated net income of $6.0 million. We
are anticipating our capital expenditures for fiscal year 2008 to be
approximately $17.0 million.
