FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich., April 20 /PRNewswire/ -- American Laser Centers, the largest provider of aesthetic services in the U.S., announced its sponsorship of SELF Magazine's 16th annual Workout in the Park, a total well-being blitz where thousands of active women converge in the country's top parks. This year, Workout in the Park is traveling to three cities -- San Diego on April 25th, New York on May 9th and Chicago on May 16th -- to introduce the hottest fitness trends and must-have beauty, health and nutrition essentials to women across the country. Continuing the well-being and health themes of the event, SELF will donate 75 percent of proceeds from each event ticket sold to the following three beneficiaries:

  • Cancer and Career -- A program committed to changing the face of cancer in the workplace.
  • Fertile Hope -- A national, nonprofit organization dedicated to providing reproductive information, support and hope to cancer patients and survivors whose medical treatments present the risk of infertility.
  • Susan G Komen for the Cure(R) -- The world's largest grassroots network of breast cancer survivors and activists fighting to save lives, empower people, ensure quality care for all and energize science to find the cure.
