BESLER Consulting (BESLER) is proud to announce that American Healthcare Outsourcing Alternatives LLC (A.H.O.A.) is entering its fifth year of business in July 2013. A.H.O.A. is owned in part by BESLER Consulting and was formed to respond to growing client demand for patient contact center services. For over 25 years, BESLER has enhanced its service offerings in healthcare consulting and revenue recovery opportunities.

About A.H.O.A.

A.H.O.A. offers BESLER clients a diverse suite of services, specific to healthcare providers including comprehensive front to back customer service, and patient contact programs with an emphasis on cost effective revenue cycle solutions designed to address rapidly growing self pay patient receivables.

Currently A.H.O.A. provides its services to more than 1,000 healthcare practitioners. In addition to self pay recoveries, programs also include, customer service support, insurance follow up, coding reviews and ER revenue enhancement services.
