ROSA of Southern New Jersey will offer state-of-the-art cancer treatment services, including intensity-modulated radiation therapy (IMRT), in the Manahawkin center. The joint venture expects to build on Southern Ocean County Radiation Oncology's legacy of providing high-quality cancer care to the residents of Southern New Jersey. Lawrence Coia, M.D., a member of Radiation Oncology Services of America's Scientific Advisory Board, will serve as medical director for ROSA of Southern New Jersey.

Dr. Coia said, "Southern Ocean County Radiation Oncology considered several affiliation alternatives before concluding that ROSA's structure and management team's proven track record working with physicians was the right partnership to advance our clinical mission."

Joseph Lattanzi, M.D., Chairman of ROSA of Southern New Jersey, said, "A partnership with Ambulatory Services of America's team as they pursue their diversified healthcare services strategy gives us access to the level of management sophistication that is required in today's healthcare marketplace."

Ambulatory Services of America was founded in 2006 to provide alternative- site health care services in partnership with physicians. Following the formation of ROSA of Southern New Jersey, ASA owns interests in ten radiation oncology treatment centers in four states and owns or manages 39 dialysis programs in five states and the territory of Guam. ASA is led by a management team with a strong record of success in health care services. Timothy Martin, President and Chief Executive Officer of ASA, was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Renal Care Group, Inc. when Fresenius Medical Care NA acquired it for $4.0 billion in March of 2006.

"We are pleased to complete the formation of our third radiation oncology joint venture with this outstanding group of physicians. I look forward to building our partnership to provide outstanding cancer care for patients in Southern New Jersey while we build value for our physician partners and ASA," said Mr. Martin.
