Ambulatory Services of America, headquartered in Brentwood, Tennessee, is a diversified health care services company that provides alternative site services in partnership with physicians. ASA, through its primary subsidiaries Radiation Oncology Services of America, Inc. and Renal Services of America, Inc. owns, operates and manages facilities providing radiation oncology services and dialysis services. After the acquisition, ASA will own interests in and operate 41 dialysis centers and 13 radiation oncology centers in nine states and the territory of Guam. ASA also manages three other dialysis centers.
