system executives who come together to learn from one another with the

goal of improving healthcare outcomes, safety, efficacy and efficiency.

She previously was the President and CEO of the Healthcare Research and

Development Institute in Florida. Her professional career spans nearly

20 years.

-- DOUGLAS S. PETERS, former President and CEO of Pennsylvania-based

Jefferson Health System. Established in August of 1995, Jefferson

Health System was the result of the merger of Main Line Health System

with Thomas Jefferson University, which resulted in enhanced healthcare

delivery services throughout the Philadelphia region.

-- ROBERT J. PALLARI, formerly President & CEO of Oregon-based Legacy

Health System. Mr. Pallari has more than 20 years of experience as a

healthcare administrator, and continued advocate for community-based

healthcare services.

"Creation of the Advisory Board will help to stimulate discussion, evaluate challenges and suggest solutions for Alter+Care and other healthcare entities to more meaningfully invest in the profession and improve the quality of life for communities. At the same time, the concept supports the Alter family legacy established more than a half century ago," said Driscoll.
