Altec Participates as Gold Sponsor of GPUC Event Presenting the Power of Integrated Document Management to Microsoft Dynamic End Users
Date:11/14/2013

(PRWEB) November 14, 2013

Altec Products, Inc., a leader in enterprise document management and workflow solutions, announced today their participation as a Gold Sponsor at the Great Plains User Conference (GPUC) 2013 from November 21 – 22 at the Executive Briefing Center on the Microsoft Campus in Fargo, ND. Implementation Specialist, a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, will host GPUC as their premier customer event of the year.

Through targeted Microsoft Dynamics training sessions and structured networking opportunities, customers will experience firsthand the latest features in Microsoft Dynamics GP. They will learn innovative tips and tricks and how to effectively prepare for year-end. This two-day event on the Microsoft campus is a great opportunity to network with other Microsoft Dynamics GP professionals and gain practical tools within the Microsoft application such as integrated document management by Altec.

Deb Sletmoen, President of Implementation Specialists states, “We are committed to helping clients achieve their true potential and profitability and feel that this event will equip our customers with new insights to maximize their ERP investment. Thank you to Altec for their sponsorship and sharing their document management knowledge.”

Tony Choquehuanca, doc-link Sales Director for Altec, will be on hand to present the benefits of extending the power of their ERP with integrated document management. Altec’s doc-link can help organizations reduce the volume of paper flowing between employees while improving control, overall business efficiency and reducing costs due to a more streamlined business process.

Tony will present an educational session on “Going Paperless with doc-link integrated to Dynamics.” In this session, attendees will learn how to go paperless to automate and accelerate processes. doc-link electronically captures documents, streamlines and structures workflows, and automates the delivery of documents and reports.

States Choquehuanca, “When you take paper out of the business processing equation, you have the opportunity to continually improve productivity with instant access to documents, process automation and sophisticated reporting capabilities. I am excited to interact with the Implementation Specialists team and their customer community to educate on the positive impact that document visibility can make on an organization.”

Altec is also facilitating a round table discussion during the Thursday lunch break and will be available for dialogue specific to a company’s unique business processing requirements.

Altec Break-Out Session:
