Alsius Corporation to Host Third Quarter 2008 Financial Results Conference Call on November 6

IRVINE, Calif., Oct. 30 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Alsius Corporation (Nasdaq: ALUS), the worldwide leader in intravascular temperature management (IVTM(TM)) therapies for critically ill patients, today announced that it will hold a conference call to discuss the Company's third quarter results and provide a corporate update. Bill Worthen, president and CEO, will host the call beginning at 1:30 p.m. Pacific Time (4:30 p.m. Eastern Time) on Thursday, November 6. A press release for the third quarter ended September 30, 2008 will be released following the market close on November 6.
