(Nasdaq: AFAM), a leading regional provider of home health nursing services, announced today that William Yarmuth, President and Chief Executive Officer, and Steve Guenthner, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, are scheduled to present at two upcoming investor conferences.
