Date:2/1/2008

BUFFALO GROVE, Ill., Feb. 1 /PRNewswire/ -- Alma Lasers Ltd. ("Alma Lasers"), a global developer and marketer of laser, intense pulsed light, and radiofrequency-based aesthetic devices, announced today that it will unveil five new products at the 66th Annual Meeting of the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD) in San Antonio, Texas, from February 2nd to 4th. Company representatives will be available during this time to discuss Alma Lasers' full line of products in booth #4465 at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center.

These new products include the Harmony(XL) Multi-Application System, Pixel CO2 OmniFit handpiece, Pixel Er OmniFit handpiece, Pixel CO2 System and Accent(XL) UniLarge handpiece. The Harmony(XL) has more power, five new contact-cooled handpieces, a high-powered Pixel(TM) 2940 for fractional ablative skin resurfacing, Pain-Free Hair Removal, and a LED handpiece for post-treatment erythema. The Harmony(XL) Multi-Application System's unique modularity and upgradeability allow users to enhance their aesthetic services as needed. It has a wide range of aesthetic and medical applications available in a single system, including Harmony(XL)'s Laser 360, a comprehensive skin rejuvenation treatment.

The Pixel CO2 OmniFit and the Pixel Er OmniFit handpiece converts nearly any competitive CO2 and erbium skin resurfacing laser to a fractionated output to provide shorter healing times with the performance of traditional CO2 and erbium treatments. The Pixel CO2 System is a stand-alone system that incorporates Alma's proprietary passive optic fractional technology to provide fractionated skin resurfacing for the treatment of acne scars, photo-damaged skin, wrinkles and rhytids.

The Accent(XL) UniLarge handpiece delivers UniPolar energy with a 45 percent larger tip size and 36 percent greater power to treat larger body parts faster. The Accent(XL) UniLarge handpiece is approved by FDA for the treatment of wrinkles and rhytids.
