Allen Technologies, Inc., the leading provider of interactive communication and education patient television systems, announced today that Saint John's Health Center has finalized a contractual agreement to deploy Vigo for its 255-bed facility in Santa Monica, California.

Austin, TX (PRWEB) January 12, 2009 -- Allen Technologies, Inc., the leading provider of interactive communication and education patient television systems, announced today that Saint John's Health Center has finalized a contractual agreement to deploy Vigo for its 255-bed facility in Santa Monica, California. Saint John's selected Allen Technologies to continue its tradition of providing outstanding personal care as one of the premier community hospitals in the nation.

A member of the nine-hospital Sisters of Charity Leavenworth Health System, Saint John's Health Center will implement Allen Technologies' Vigo Interactive Patient Communication System and its comprehensive suite of applications as a nucleus for their quality of care, patient safety, and patient satisfaction initiatives.

Saint John's will use Allen Technologies' Vigo system to transform its hospital TVs into an interactive communication and education system that improves quality of care, patient satisfaction and patient safety performance. The cutting-edge technology is the latest use of advanced technology in Saint John's
