All-New TendoFlex(TM) Revolutionizes Stretching and Core Strengthening
Date:12/9/2009

LANGHORNE, Pa., Dec. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- The art of stretching has been revolutionized with the introduction of TendoFlex - an innovative, physician designed exercise product that combines spinal range of motion exercises and abdominal core strengthening, allowing users to enhance mobility and help alleviate back stiffness, muscle tightness and aching. TendoFlex lets users stretch through their previous limited physiological barriers of motion - that would have previously required trainer assistance - releasing tension of the tendons, muscles and supporting tissues, thus increasing range of motion and muscle relaxation, which ordinary stretching can't match.

With over 16 original hamstring and core stretches, and abdominal core training workouts, TendoFlex's trainer exercises - adopted from similar Pilates and yoga maneuvers - focus on key muscles of the body including the lumbar and thoracic spine, abdominal muscles, obliques, hamstrings and gluteal region.

"As a physician I created TendoFlex to make stretching easier and more comfortable," says creator Dr. Matthew Kulka, who is board certified in family medicine, dealing extensively with sport injuries, orthopedic care and musculoskeletal concerns. "Unlike any other stretching and core strengthening products, TendoFlex allows users to apply their own gentle force, similar to having a trainer. Its flexibility and strengthening workouts are an important step in having a healthy back and core."

TendoFlex is recommended for use before fitness, health and sporting activities - including running, golf, tennis, martial arts and more - to achieve maximum flexibility. Its lightweight structure (weighing less than two pounds) makes TendoFlex portable and easy to fit into backpacks, carry-ons and workout bags for on-the-go use.
