Life flight and air ambulance service Angel Medflight adds attorneys to client advocates legal services division.

Scottsdale, AZ (PRWEB) July 20, 2009 -- Angel Medflight, a worldwide life flight and air ambulance service, is pleased to announce the addition of attorneys Michael J. Ward and Richard Siever to its client advocates legal services division. The addition will complement the company's already successful claims reimbursement activities.

Angel Medflight's legal team helps the insurance companies to recognize their responsibilities to Angel Medflight customers allowing the customers to focus on the patient's health instead of the hassles of insurance," said Angel Medflight's CEO, Jeremy Freer. Mr. Ward's areas of emphasis are ERISA compliance, litigation and contracts. As an attorney, he has assisted clients navigate complex litigation and transactional matters for more than 15 years, including matters seeking recovery for fraud, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty and bad faith. Mr. Sievers joins Angel Medflight from the law firm of Snell & Wilmer in Phoenix, Arizona, where he focused on commercial litigation and regulatory law with specialties in corporate compliance actions before local and federal agencies for the past five years.

Mr. Ward and Mr. Sievers are admitted to practice in the Federal and State Courts in the State of Arizona. Mr. Ward is also admitted to the Federal and State Courts in the State of California and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
