Ageless, Time-tested for Enhanced Body Image Using the Color Orange Revealed at Upcoming Women Taking Care of the World Conference in St. Petersburg, FL
Date:8/25/2009

e for pleasure. Command yellow on Wednesday for confidence. Trust green on Thursday for deepening love. Focus on blue on Friday for clarity. Connect with indigo on Saturday for awaking intuition and find inner peace with violet on Sunday for spiritual connection. "Automatically, the 7 Days and 7 Colors easily convert into 7 Triumphs."

Orange represents the sacral or sex chakra which is located in the lower abdomen and includes the genital region. Associated body parts include pelvis, reproductive organs, large intestine, lower abdomen, spleen, and lower back.

People who are weak in the orange color tend to have emotional problems, sexual guilt, and poor body image. They may be introverted and easily hold grudges. Depression and lack of motivation take over. Further manifestation can be in irresponsibility, dishonesty, and insecurity. Lack of orange can also bring about an addictive personality.

People lacking in orange tend to have problems with impotence or frigidity. They suffer from lower back pain and may experience issues with the uterus, kidneys, or bladder.

Orange is able to provide a sense of joy and playfulness. It can help strengthen the immune system and increase sexual energy. It can help resolve digestive and kidney issues. Use it to alleviate depression.

Relief can be brought to these areas by breathing in the color orange. With eyes closed, meditate for two minutes on the color orange, or on orange objects, while taking deep breaths. Envision a healing orange ray of light entering your body. Activate the power of orange color by breathing in indigo and breathing out orange.

Use healing hands to touch affected parts of the body while focusing on that orange color and practicing color breathing. Healing hands can be one's own or a trusted other's hands.

Surround in the power of orange by wearing orange clothing, adding a orange pillow or throw, changing a cell phone backgro
