The post says, "The 'AdvoCare Diet' isn’t really a diet at all. 'Diet' today suggests some sort of fad that people are using to try to lose weight. The 'AdvoCare Diet' is more of a lifestyle change using supplements and proper nutrition to assist in the weight loss."
