Advertising Corporate Sales Success: Investment in 3 Areas That Increased Recruiting, Leading to Three Consecutive Quarters of Double-Digit Revenue Growth for LHN.

" While the Recruit, Recruit, Recruit" mantra could be a warning sign, in Liberty's case there is no need for concern. Unlike other direct sales companies that charge new sales agents up front fees (Called Front-End Loading in the industry) to enter their business, any active customer may sell Liberty products or services without further investment. All commissions are generated from Product Sales for customers choosing to earn income with the company. Customers who chose to sell are called Independent Representatives.

Liberty Health Network's recruiting growth can be credited to investment in three key areas.

  • Representative Commissions - The Pay Plan at Liberty is compensates Independent Representatives in a unique seven level referral program. The compensation plan pays out a theoretical 80% in commissions to the field based on the actual product sales price. Many companies hide the actual commissions by not advertising that their payments are based on a percentage of the sales volume, called CV or Commissionable Value. Additionally, Representatives receive a hefty 60% commission on a new customer's initial purchase.

  • Internet Advertising - Rather than directly advertising on the Internet, Liberty Health Network provides all Independent Representatives unique Internet Advertising Web Sites which allow Representatives to do Search Engine Optimization (SEO) on their Replicated Web Site, Display the Representative's choice of YouTube Videos, and Conduct Live Teleconferences from the Representative's desktop to prospective customers anywhere in the world. Independent Representatives then provide their own advertising to their preferred product or opportunity site.

  • Product Development - A new Internet Hosting Product called EzWebID.Com has been added, allowing the company to do business in countries where shipping and import duties inhibit the sale of hard-products. EzWebID.Com allows Representatives to create unlimited Internet Advertising web sites, Blogs, and Web Portals, as well as resell Internet Web Hosting. Liberty's new AlliSTAR Garlic supplement is advertized as the companies number one product.
