Advanced Centers for Surgical Education to Host Courses at the Texas EMS Conference

Advanced Centers for Surgical Education (ACSE) will work with Texas EMS Conference attendees of the Texas EMS Conference on procedural skills required by EMS. The on-site courses will be held Monday, Nov. 25 and Tuesday, Nov. 26 at the Fort Worth Convention Center in Fort Worth, Texas.

“EMS professionals need the highest quality training possible, and that is what ACSE is going to deliver,” said Tedd Brandon, president and COO of ACSE. “These individuals rely on their training to save lives everyday and we are grateful for the opportunity to enhance their life-saving capabilities.”

Studies have shown that the best training for EMS personnel happens on the scene or on human tissue. ACSE will supply each course with the best possible training using human cadaveric tissue. Training courses include procedural skills on airway management and landmarks, visceral organs, extremities and large bones. Each course is critical for EMS professionals to understand and execute during emergency situations.

“ACSE understands that proper training of medical professionals today can save lives tomorrow,” said Tedd Brandon. “Our customizable training capabilities deliver the best resources for educating all levels of medical personnel.”

The Texas EMS conference brings more than 3000 EMS professionals each November. The five-day conference features a packed exhibit hall and more than 180 continuing education classes led by top EMS educators.
