Adults Only Boutique Hotel, Casa Velas, Takes Healthy Approach to Mini Bar With Crudités Available In-Suite
Date:7/17/2014

Puerto Vallarta, Mexico (PRWEB) July 17, 2014

While most resorts' mini bars are known for high calorie snacking choices such as chips, pretzels and candies, Puerto Vallarta's luxury boutique hotel, Casa Velas, takes a different approach with nutritious and satisfying crudités (raw vegetables). Casa Velas' crudités are freshly made on demand with a choice of two different selections for guests. The first is made with a combination of carrots, cucumber and jicama, more commonly known as a Mexican turnip. Another includes celery, beetroot and pineapple. Guests also have a choice of three different dressings — mango, chipotle or albahaca (basil) — to enhance flavor while keeping the snack light and healthy. To ensure the quality and freshness, crudités are available upon request from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. They are included in the all inclusive daily rate.

At Casa Velas luxury suite accommodations, gourmet meals, premium liquor and wine, 24-hour suite service, use of the fitness center facilities, WiFi, and taxes and gratuities are included in a single price. As part of the all-inclusive rate, guests can also dine at the AAA Five Diamond Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit, home to three AAA Four Diamond restaurants.
