Administrative Advantage Selects ZyDoc e-Transcription Platform for Clients

ZyDoc Medical Transcription announced today that Administrative Advantage has chosen ZyDoc's award-winning web-based e-transcription platform for all medical transcription clients.

Hauppauge, New York (PRWEB) May 5, 2009 -- ZyDoc Medical Transcription announced today that Administrative Advantage, a full-service medical transcription company in business since 1994, has chosen ZyDoc's award-winning web-based e-transcription platform for Administrative Advantage clients. The award-winning ZyDoc infrastructure allows telephone dial-in or transmission of digital hand held dictations from any location 24/7, secure desktop delivery within 24 hours, real-time online job editing and tracking, EMR integration options, and other enhanced features that were not previously available through Administrative Advantage.

ZyDoc, a respected name in the medical transcription field, is known for its award-winning user-friendly technology and excellent customer service. The new platform is a full-service e-transcription solution for any medical practice, featuring a full complement of user-requested enhancements, including:

  • Secure web-based delivery to any PC desktop via Bulletproof Messenger
  • Quicker uploading and transmission of digital handheld dictations from any location - even from home or secure hospital networks
  • Online editing, signing, faxing, and advanced searching
  • Job tracking in real time utilizing TrackDoc™
  • EMR integration, including options to return signed jobs into existing records
  • Job distribution to other health care providers via the Web, faxing, or mail center.

As demonstrated by Administrative Advantage, the ZyDoc platform offers an especially attractive turn-key solution to small and mid-sized MTSO's seeking to implement a reliable web-based back-end for their clients, without incurring the usual technology start up costs, technical requirements, or client change in behavior. Interested MTSO's are invited to contact ZyDoc for further information including a projected time frame for client migration to the platform, and other setup requirements.

According to James Maisel, M.D., Chairman of ZyDoc, "As medical transcription responds to rapidly developing changes in EMR, documentation requirements, and a drive to efficient workflow, ZyDoc will continue to lead the industry by developing technologically advanced solutions to address the unique operational challenges faced by medical offices in today's economy."

Marci Young, owner of Administrative Advantage, agrees. She chose the ZyDoc platform to accommodate web-based enhancements that she was not previously able to offer her clients. Important factors in her decision were ZyDoc's excellent long-standing reputation for secure, user-friendly technological solutions; and seamless implementation with no work flow disruption for clients.

According to Ms. Young, "The ZyDoc web-based platform will enable Administrative Advantage to provide the same services as a larger MTSO while keeping the hands-on personal service its clients have always enjoyed. In addition, the platform will enable Administrative Advantage to meet the unique needs of larger medical practices and hospitals."
