As the company's Chief Compliance Officer, Rezai becomes a member of the Executive Management Team and is responsible for all of Adaptis' compliance, privacy and information security issues. Later, she served as Chief of Compliance and Chief of Operations for a large inner-city, federally qualified health center.

Rezai completed the Privacy Specialty Advancement Program of American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA) and achieved the status of Certified Compliance Officer through the Healthcare Fraud and Abuse Compliance Institute. She is a member of AHIMA, the Health Care Compliance Association, the American Health Lawyers Association, the American Health Information Management Association, the Healthcare Financial Management Association, and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
